We have the answers to all of these questions and more!


 


Come and join us for our totally free event which will give you hints and tips on how to stay fit and healthy whilst at work. We have teamed up with The Mussel Club and Fit Happens to bring you this event.


 


Expert Nutritionist, Marie Farag (Bsc Food and Human Nutrition) will unveil tips on how to be the healthiest you, she will be on hand to answer all of your nutritional questions as well as discussing if caffeine and fat is bad for you and also if you should avoid carbs in the evening.


 


We will be joined by personal trainers from Fit Happens, the team will share with you exercises you can perform at your desk and in the office space, as well as other fitness advice.

10:15 – 10:45 – How to stay fit at work! Personal Trainers from Fit Happens take you through routines to keep you fit at work, they will demonstrate exercises you can do at your desk.

11:15 – 12:00 – Informal networking
